NOTE: Because of the fluctuations and uncertainties of primary metal markets, we may be forced to add surcharges to certain metals. Because of the rapidity of changes, these surcharges may be subject to immediate additional costs to our customers. Where it is possible we will do our utmost to advise you of surcharge increases in advance.

WARRANTY: All Loos & Co., Inc. products are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Any item found to be defective will be replaced or adjustment made provided we are notified promptly upon receipt. We reserve the right to request that the item be returned to us for examination and cannot be responsible for labor charges incurred in the replacement of any item. Our liability for defects on any item shall not exceed its replacement cost to us. Debit memos will not be accepted without written authorization from us.

CREDIT: Open account terms will be extended to firms with satisfactory commercial credit rating. Firms without commercial credit rating can qualify for open account terms by listing on their order the name of their bank and three active credit references. To avoid delay in servicing an order we will ship C.O.D. when we lack proper credit information, or we can accept VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER credit cards.

PAYMENT TERMS: NET 30 DAYS.

Net amount of invoice is due in full 30 days after invoice date.

A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum ) will be added to outstanding balances over 30 days old.

FREIGHT ALLOWANCES: All shipments are made freight collect and are F.O.B. shipping point.

We will do everything possible to see that our customers receive the best possible combination of freight weights and routing. But in order to ship in the most expedient manner, we cannot guarantee that each and every shipment will be consolidated to arrive at the optimum freight costs. We suggest you specify routing and/or freight lines of your choice.

EXPORT ORDERS: FOR SHIPMENT OUTSIDE U.S.A. $250.00

DOMESTIC ORDERS: FOR SHIPMENT INSIDE U.S.A. $50.00

ALL PART NUMBERS WITH AN ASTERISK ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT FROM STOCK. All others are subject to reasonable delivery depending on current manufacturing lead time. All Non-stock items are subject to a tooling charge and/or a set up charge as well as a minimum order charge.

CLAIMS: All products are carefully inspected and packaged to assure delivery in good condition. Product damage or loss occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. In the event of such loss, you must advise the carrier within 15 days after delivery. We will give all reasonable assistance in tracing shortages or filing claims.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: Credit will not be issued for materials returned without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Return requests must be communicated to our Naples office and include an itemized list with the date and number of our invoice. All returned items are subject to a restocking charge of 20%.

SPECIFICATIONS: The dimension, weights, strengths, lengths, and other specifications shown in the catalog are subject to variation within reasonable tolerances.

CERTIFICATIONS: Certifications are provided at no charge for MS, AN, NAS and Boeing Specified products, if requested at time of order. There is a $25.00 charge per item for certifications not requested at time of order, or for non-MS, AN, NAS or Boeing Specified products or for modifications to our standard certifications.

ORDERS: All orders are subject to acceptance by our home office. We cannot be responsible for delays or nonfulfillments due to riots, floods, strikes, or other causes beyond our control.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURED ORDERS: Orders for custom manufactured parts or cable assemblies will be considered irrevocable after confirmation of receipt of purchase order. Such orders require special order raw materials and must be considered the property of the customer once purchase order is accepted.

Invoices will be based on the prices prevailing at the time shipment is to be made.
